Our purpose is to serve and advocate for women and families affected by domestic violence. Services are supported and enhanced through contributions from private and community donors, and are critical in helping survivors escape abuse and begin the journey to healing.
We are beginning a comprehensive campaign and there are many ways to invest with us.
Funds contributed to the Capital Campaign allow us to purchase our current facility and expand our building so that we may continue our efforts to build safer families and safer communities throughout Central Kentucky.
Contributing to the Operating portion of our campaign will support the many comprehensive services and programs we provide. There are also Named and Memorial Gift Opportunities for creating a permanent tribute to a donor's generosity or to the memory of a loved one.
The Survivors Fund directly assists victims with basic financial needs such as car repair, impending medical needs for themselves and their children, housing and utility deposits, first month's rent, and legal document filing fees. This fund will help families achieve self-suffiency.
